Groundsman

Hands-on support role

This is a hands-on position supporting the crew throughout the day.

Typical responsibilities

Assist with jobsite setup and cleanup
Handle brush, logs, and debris
Operate chainsaws, chipper, and other equipment as trained
Support climbers and crew lead as needed
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Helpful experience

Prior tree work or outdoor labor
Equipment operation (chipper, stump grinder, mini skid)

Crew Lead / Climber

Production focused • Safety first

This is a working lead / climber role. You’re expected to help run the job, keep the crew moving, and work safely and efficiently on site.

Typical responsibilities

Lead daily job flow and crew coordination
Climb and perform pruning/removals as needed
Run and oversee equipment use and rigging
Maintain jobsite safety and organization
Communicate clearly with crew and management

Helpful experience

Production climbing and rigging
Equipment operation (chainsaws, chipper, stump grinder, mini skid)
ISA Certified Arborist is a plus (or willing to work toward certification)

If you’re working toward ISA certification, include where you’re at (hours, study plan, testing timeline, etc.).
